One of the core competencies of Pollux is to help software companies, business houses,
individual clients develop/co-develop their new products and solutions.
This project is an example where Pollux collaborated the efforts with the client
team who design, develop, market and support enterprise solution within US market.
The client expected that Pollux’s expertise in the ERP domain would allow them to
reduce time to market for their new Business Intelligence Product range.
From the onset this project culminated into collaboration between client and Pollux
both being software development companies. The client came on board with the expectation
of defining the business requirements, create functional requirement flows and design
and architecture. Pollux Allocated 3 engineers to the project for development work
and an onsite coordinator to work closely with the client team in USA to define
the project requirements and ensure seamless flow of information. We created the
requirements and the same were approved by the client team.

Our Client- the gaming company found Pollux Game design studio a game development
arm of Pollux Group skilled and experienced in Game development. Due to the strategic
advantage of being located in IT enriched city of Ahmedabad, India (Ahmedabad is
considered the most upcoming IT Zone in the country) Pollux was able to offer state
of the art services at very attractive pricing models.
This project not only entailed developing the MMORPG game as per the requirements
of the client but also providing end-to-end solution which included Annual Maintenance
Contract, Customer Service Back Office, Call Center, Game Moderators, Online Live
chat support, dedicated team support for future game enhancements and additions,
strategies in place to release hi-end graphics version of the game 8 months post
launch of the first version of the game and marketing and business strategies to
popularize the game and portal.
With proven experience and a team of highly skilled game production artists, Pollux
was successful in providing services and solutions and make sure the timelines for
the project were met successfully and within the budget allocated

A pest control service provider based out of Australia engaged Pollux to design and develop a solution for their filed executives or pest controllers to file the work orders and inspection reports online.
The proposed solution was a system where the pest control executives could a means to file the work orders, inspection reports and product sale online to a server via the handheld or mobile devices. The communication from the mobile devices to the server was made possible with the help of GPRS communication. Also included in the application was a GPS integration to keep a track of resources. One of the notables for the project was the facility for the administrative staff in the office to schedule field trips online real time with the help of GPS tracking module.
The filed executives would get an message alert for new scheduled activities and also the ability to fill the forms while at the site and send data real time or in case of unavailability of GPRS communication the application stores the data locally on the handheld in form of a text file with the option of scheduling a connection to the server the first instance GPRS is available.

A Not for profit organization based out of UK approached Pollux with the hope of materializing their ideas into a portal which would help all the not for profit organizations within UK to collaborate their efforts for betterment of jobless and Homeless population.
The project conception included features such as resource management, project management, Events scheduling, Accepting donation online via the portal, registering all employees of the organization so that they can build a community and create workspace for betterment projects and activities undertaken by them. The idea behind this is to build a network and create an awareness for events, programs and awareness of increasing crimes and abuses against women and children in the community.
